This photograph captures the mesmerizing spectacle of the northern lights dancing over the serene, mostly frozen waters of Yellowstone Lake at West Thumb Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park on May 10th 2024. The vibrant auroras, with their hues of green, purple, and pink, illuminate the night sky, casting a surreal glow on the geothermal features below. A sticker on the back of the mat will include some information about the image and indicate the title of the image, the edition number, and the year the image was taken.  This metal print will ship in a box, it is ready to hang on arrival.  Metal Prints, the most vibrant of all print media, are created by infusing an image onto raw aluminum. We use a natural aluminum mount that pairs really well with the matching aluminum back and gives your print an elegant look. The frame is 3/4″ deep which makes your image appear to be floating off the wall. Your print will be signed by hand on the print in pen, indicating the edition number.  These images will be printed on either Kodak Professional Endura or Fujicolor Crystal Archive Super Type PDN Lustre paper. It is closely related to Matte finish with a slight sheen. It is the industry standard for professional printing. Under ideal conditions this print will have an archival life of 100+ years.  This matted print will rolled in a tube. It is your responsibility to have it matted and framed as you desire.
